Shipping costs/methods for your order can be found on the shopping cart page before you checkout. Please click the “estimate” button, choose the country and fill in the postcode, all the available shipping methods/shipping costs/delivery times will be shown on the page.

Kindly note that the delivery time can be influenced by extreme weather, post office delay, customs clearance, local protest, strikes, epidemics, and other force majeure factors. In this case, WFsensors is incapable of guaranteeing 100% on-time delivery, but we will try our best to let you receive your package ASAP.

When my order will be shipped out and how to track my order?

In-stock orders will begin processing once WFsensors well-received your payment. Orders usually take 2-3 days for processing before shipment.

For backorders, the package will be shipped out when all items are ready to ship, please refer to the lead time information in the quotation result before you make the payment.

Once your order has been picked up by the courier company, you will receive an e-mail notification with tracking information. You can also log in to your WFsensors account or enter the email address you used to place your order to track your order on the “Order History” page:

Change shipping address/billing address

If you need to change the order address, please provide the WFsensors order NO. and your new address information by clicking here Contact Customer Service.

If your order has been shipped out, WFsensors can’t guarantee to change the shipping address successfully. So please double-check the address info before you submit the order online. If the package has already arrived in the destination country, you can try to contact the local courier office or post office to change the shipping address directly.

Note:

Changing the shipping address may incur additional charges. All additional charges should be paid by the client.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The incoterms of WFsensors orders are FCA (freight-prepaid) or EXW (freight-collect). Customers are expected to pay any amount charged by the government or customs at the destination. This includes but is not limited to: duties, taxes, and any extra fees charged by the courier company. WFsensors will not be held responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped.

As customs policies vary widely. WFsensors is unable to advise what the cost may be. Therefore, please contact your local customs office or the corresponding logistics company for more information.

Customs requirements are quite different in each country. Please include information about particular Customs requirements as necessary while you are placing your order: WFsensors will support you as much as possible.

If any customers refuse to pay the above charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be deleted from the order amount, any remaining funds will be refunded.

Attention:
1. Customs offices in some countries or regions require the importer to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, GST number, Business registration number, or Tax ID. If you have such a Tax number please provide it at the shipping address information for further shipping arrangements.

2. Some countries/regions that require an identification number or ID picture or passport picture of the consignee, including countries: Taiwan(China), India, Brazil, Turkey, South Korea, Chile, Ecuador, Israel, Peru, Qatar, and South Afric, this also applies to cases on which logistics providers may require further verification of the recipient’s name, WFsensors customer service staff will contact you when needed.

3. India:
All shipments to India need consignees’ KYC documents (Government recognized Identity and Address proof) to be presented to Customs during shipment clearance. Import clearance cannot start unless KYC documents and authorization approvals are uploaded on www.dhlindia-kyc.com.

For packages including chips, India customs will require a CHIMS registration certificate. The Chip Imports Monitoring System (CHIMS) requires importers to submit advance information on www.imports.gov.in for the import of items and obtain an automatic Registration Number by paying the registration fee. Importers shall have to enter the Registration Number and expiry date of Registration in the Bill of Entry to enable the clearance of consignments.

How to change the shipping method of your order?

Please contact us here, provide your WFsensors order NO. and the new shipping method you want to update to. Changing the shipping method may incur a shipping cost difference. All additional charges should be paid by the client.

 

WFsensors can’t change the shipping method if the package was shipped out.
