Failure phenomenon:
Oxygen generator pressure has been at 21kPa, low pressure alarm long beep. Low oxygen alarm is due to the molecular sieve internal expiration or moisture caused by the machine is used to do nebulisation, not oxygen, therefore, this repair only deal with low pressure alarm fault.
Maintenance process:
1. Check the pipeline for air leakage, replace the leakage pipeline, still reported low voltage. 2.

Measure the pressure sensor supply voltage, supply voltage 3.3V, but after measurement found 12V voltage through the LED indicator, and then to the sensor supply voltage, sensor supply voltage should be 11V or so, obviously measure the voltage is low, replace the LED, low voltage alarm disappears.
3. Half a month later, the oxygen generator again appeared low voltage alarm, after measuring the power supply voltage 11V normal, the sensor signal amplifier circuit chip supply 12V normal, so replace the pressure sensor, the machine returned to normal, low voltage alarm disappeared.
