Все заказы следует размещать онлайн. Шаги включают добавление товаров в корзину, оформление заказа, выбор способа доставки, выбор способа оплаты, отправку заказа, подтверждение заказа и доставку.

Заказы не могут быть отменены или перенесены без WFSensors’ согласие. Неоплаченные заказы могут быть отменены клиентом в его аккаунте. При любых изменениях в оплаченных заказах клиенты могут незамедлительно обратиться в службу поддержки по телефону или электронной почте. Нестандартная продукция – это продукция, специально заказанная WFsensors для клиента у поставщика. Сюда также входят продукты, которые не поставляются на регулярной основе, или заказы, в которые включены дополнительные услуги. Нестандартные товары не подлежат отмене и возврату. WFsensors может идентифицировать продукты как нестандартные или «не подлежащие отмене/возврату» (NC/NR) посредством котировок, списков продуктов, вложений или изображений. Если клиент отменяет заказ после WFsensors’ принятия, WFsensors может взимать разумную плату за отмену или доверие. Клиенты’ Запросы на перемещение заказа подлежат WFSensors’ осмотрительность. Заказы не могут быть отменены или перенесены после получения транспортной компанией.

Доставка и доставка

WFsensors may use any available delivery method. If selecting WFsensors billing account, shipping costs will be prepaid and added to your order. All import licenses, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery and/or performance times are not of the essence, and WFsensors reserves the right to delay shipments for several reasons, including necessary credit or anti-fraud checks or procedures, or ensuring full payment has been received as cleared funds. If shipments are delayed for such reasons, WFsensors will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer.

There is no minimum order amount required. However, a handling fee will be charged to the customer’s order if the total merchandise value is below $15, to cover labor costs. Upon customer’s order placement, WFsensors will process the order immediately. Therefore, any desire to cancel part or all of an order may incur a 15% restocking fee.

WFsensors strives to ensure that prices of supplies set in the catalog are accurate but does not guarantee the currency or accuracy of any such information. Quotations and pricing of undelivered products may change at any time, including but not limited to increases in WFsensors costs, market conditions changes, quotation errors, or any other reason beyond WFsensors’ reasonable control. Prices do not include taxes, levies, and other charges, including sales, use, excise, value-added, and similar taxes or any other charges levied by any government authority, international freight, freight forwarder and brokerage fees, bank fees, consulate fees, and document fees.

WFsensors does not offer price protection. Customers acknowledge that product prices cannot be canceled or returned if they decrease after purchase, including but not limited to the following factors:

– WFsensors conducts a clearance sale at a reduced price.
– WFsensors obtains new inventory at better prices.
– WFsensors adjusts prices based on market fluctuations.

Orders are to be paid 100% in advance at the time of processing. WFsensors offers the following payment methods:

Customers are deemed responsible for all bank fees, such as wire transfer fees and intermediary bank fees. If the remittance amount is less than the amount on the invoice, this may affect shipping. Invoices will be sent by customer service staff to the customer’s purchasing email address, or customers may directly contact customer service staff to request an invoice.

For all other orders, after WFsensors approves credit terms, payment terms are net payable within thirty (30) days from the invoice date, unless WFsensors specifies otherwise in writing, to be paid in full without delay. If WFsensors reasonably believes that the customer’s ability to make payments may be impaired, or if the customer fails to pay any invoice on time, WFsensors may suspend the delivery of any order, or any remaining balance, until payment is completed, or cancel any order, or any remaining

balance. The customer still needs to pay for any shipped products and all non-standard products ordered by the customer. The customer agrees to submit financial information reasonably requested by WFsensors to determine credit terms and/or continue credit terms.

If the customer’s financial condition or previous payment record proves this to be necessary, WFsensors reserves the right to adjust credit terms. Moreover, for overdue accounts, WFsensors is under no obligation to continue performing any agreement with the customer.

All overdue payments will be charged an interest of 1.5% per month. If the customer fails to make timely payments, WFsensors may pursue any legal or equitable remedy.

Returns generally require submission within 30 days from the day of package delivery. If not due to quality reasons, WFsensors does not accept return requests.

If WFsensors agrees to accept a return, return shipping must be prepaid by the customer.

WFsensors does not accept C.O.D. shipments.

All returned items must remain in their original packaging, unused, untested, unprogrammed, and in a resalable condition.

Customers should contact customer service representatives to obtain a return material authorization.

Any returns of opened electrostatic discharge (ESD), programmable semiconductors, or moisture-sensitive products will not be eligible for a refund.

Products returned due to customer error may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

At the time of purchase, customers understand that “Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable” (NC/NR) products are specially obtained for the customer from the manufacturer by WFsensors. Under any circumstances, customers agree not to cancel, return, or reschedule “NC/NR” products unless consent is obtained from both WFsensors’ suppliers and WFsensors. If the packaging has been opened, products marked as moisture-sensitive or electrostatic sensitive (ESD) are NC/NR.

Stock orders cannot be canceled after shipment, and if a customer cancels after WFsensors warehouse begins processing the order, a fee of $0.5 per item will be charged.

Customers cannot cancel backorder orders after payment or any contract and agreement confirmation. If cancellation is necessary due to supply shortages, WFsensors customer service staff will contact you.

WFsensors is not liable for any delay in delivery or failure to perform its obligations due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to product allocations, material shortages, labor disputes, transportation delays, unforeseeable circumstances, acts of nature, acts or omissions of others, acts or omissions of civil or military authorities, government priorities, fire, strikes, floods, severe weather conditions, computer interruptions, acts of terrorism, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, riots, or war. In case of such delays, WFsensors’ time for delivery or performance shall be extended, or WFsensors may choose to cancel any order or the remainder thereof, by notifying the customer without incurring any liability.

All WFsensors purchases come with a 30-day WFsensors guarantee against any manufacturing defects. This warranty does not apply to any defects caused by improper assembly by the customer, failure to operate according to instructions, product modifications, negligence, or improper handling.

Ограничение ответственности

In no event shall WFsensors be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, savings, or business opportunities) arising out of or related to any product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding the foregoing, WFsensors’ liability for any claim related to any product shall in no event exceed the purchase price of that product, regardless of the legal theory proposed, whether in contract, tort, warranty, or otherwise. You acknowledge that the amount paid for the products is partly based on these limitations, and further agree that these limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.

Интеллектуальная собственность

If any Product contains software or other intellectual property, such software or other intellectual property will be made available to Customer under the terms and conditions of the copyright and user license (if any) associated with such Product, as set forth in the license agreement accompanying the software or other intellectual property. Customer acknowledges and understands that WFsensors is the manufacturer of the pressure/barometric sensor products provided to Customer for ordering, and that any copyrights, designs, or patents associated with any of the products on this website may not be stolen by Customer, and that WF will prosecute such acts if they are stolen.

Экспортные условия

Customers certify that they will be the recipient of the products delivered by WFsensors. Customers acknowledge that products are subject to the export and/or import control laws and regulations of various countries, and by ordering them, you agree that they will not be used in life support systems, human implantation, nuclear facilities or systems, or any other application where product failure could result in loss of life or catastrophic property damage. Customers shall be responsible for complying with any laws or regulations governing the import of such products/services into the destination country and pay any corresponding taxes.

Customers warrant that without proper legal permission or authorization, they will not directly or indirectly export, re-export, or transfer (or cause to be exported, re-exported, or transferred) any items purchased from WFsensors Technology to any country, jurisdiction, individual, company, organization, or entity sanctioned or embargoed by the U.S. government, the European Union, or any other applicable government authority.

Customers agree to bear full responsibility for any claims, losses, or damages related to the product or violation of export restrictions obligations.

Customers agree that WFsensors shall not be liable, in whole or in part, for any claims, losses, or damages arising from the illegal sale, or use of the products. If the customer breaches this agreement, the customer shall indemnify WFsensors for any losses, claims, or damages arising from such breach and hold WFsensors harmless.

Применимый закон

The execution, performance, interpretation, modification, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of Shenzhen, China, excluding its conflict of laws provisions. You agree that this agreement is signed in Shenzhen, China.
This Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Shenzhen, China.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

Herein, terms appearing in the singular form shall include the plural form and vice versa. The rights, obligations, agreements, or duties of the customer hereunder shall not be assigned or transferred by operation of law, merger, or otherwise, without WFsensors’ written consent. Any attempt or purported assignment shall be void. WFsensors’ obligations under these terms and conditions may be performed by divisions, subsidiaries, or affiliates of WFsensors. The obligations, rights, terms, and conditions hereof shall be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns. The waiver of any term hereof or of any breach or default shall not be deemed a waiver of any other term or breach or default. In any jurisdiction where any term hereof is prohibited or unenforceable, such prohibition or unenforceability shall only apply within that jurisdiction to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability, and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of such term in any other jurisdiction, nor affect the validity or enforceability of any other term hereof.
