How to checkout?
Step 1: Add items to your cart;
Step 2: Go to the shopping cart and Secure Checkout If you have an WFsensors account, you can log in to proceed; If not, you can register one or write your email to “Check Out as a Guest”;
Step 3: Add your shipping & billing address;
Step 4: Choose shipping method;
Step 5: If you have a tariff number, please fill it in
Step 6: Submit the order;
Step 7: Complete the payment;
How to Request a Big Order Quote?

1: Sample order packaging is tube packaging or Tape & Reel (TR) packaging
2:Full Reel
When your order quantity meets a full reel.
For example, if a full reel is 5000, and your order quantity is 5000, you will receive an original full reel.
We’ll contact you for confirmation before shipment if it is not the case.

WFsensors-Reel Service is currently only applicable to the following parts:
Packaging: Tape & Reel (TR)

Order history& Status
Registered users please log in to the homepage and click “Order History” to view order details/status.
For unregistered users, please click “Order History” and enter your email address to order. An order tracking link will be sent via email for you to review.
Cancel order
If payment is not made, the customer can cancel the order. Find the order in your Order History and you will find the option to “Cancel Order.”
If you need to place a paid order, please contact customer service.

In-stock orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped, and a $0.50 per unit restocking fee will be charged if the customer cancels after the WFsensors warehouse has begun processing the order.
Backorders cannot be canceled by the customer after payment or confirmation of any contracts and agreements. If cancellation is necessary due to insufficient supply, WFsensors customer service staff will contact you.
Can the Price be Negotiated?
WFsensors provides electronic components at a very competitive price in China market and offers multi-step prices. Hence the price is can supposed to be negotiated.
But if the quantity you need is larger than the highest step, you are welcome to contact us to see if we can offer a better price.
