The WF470RA is a highly integrated, ultra-low power monolithic ASK/OOK RF receiver chip. The high-frequency signal reception functionality is entirely integrated within the chip to achieve the most reliable reception with minimal external components and the lowest cost. Therefore, it is a true “antenna high-frequency modulated signal input, digital demodulated signal output” モノリシック受信デバイス。
The operating voltage range of 2.0V~5.5V, extremely high sensitivity of -113dBm, and ultra-low operating current of 5mA make it very suitable for various low-power requirement devices. The chip automatically completes all RF and IF tuning internally, eliminating the need for manual adjustments during development and production, thereby reducing costs and accelerating time to market.
